Cross-stitch isn’t often seen in contemporary homes or offices, but Ukrainian firm Yakusha Design Studio decided to include it in this recently completed office design.

Instead of seeing a traditional embroidered cross-stitch design hung on a wall, they incorporated it into the design of these closet doors.

This allowed them to create a piece of art where you wouldn’t normally have one.

The bold red and white stitching strongly contrasts the black closet doors, making it stand out even more.

They can also change the design and colors whenever they feel like something new.
